Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Cost & Management Accountant
to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible
for monitoring, analysing, and optimizing production costs, ensuring accurate financial
reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making within the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures
• Analyse production costs, variances, and manufacturing efficiencies
• Prepare and review standard costing models for products
• Conduct monthly stock valuations and reconciliations
• Monitor raw material usage, wastage, and yield performance
• Partner with production teams to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Prepare budget forecasts and track actual vs budget performance
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting standards
• Generate detailed management reports to support decision-making
• Assist with audits and financial controls within the plant

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Cost Accounting
• Professional qualification (e.g., CMA / ACCA) will be an added advantage
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and inventory management
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Sage, Syspro, or similar)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
