About the Role

BOFINET is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) to drive enterprise-wide transformation and position the organisation for long-term success. This executive role is responsible for leading strategy formulation and execution, driving organisational change, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning people, processes, and technology with BOFINET’s strategic objectives while delivering measurable business impact.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field from a recognised institution (required)
  • Master’s Degree or professional qualification (preferred)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Change Management, HRM, Strategy, Organisational Development) are preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 12 years relevant experience in similar industry/sector
  • At least 5 years in senior management roles
  • Proven experience in organisational transformation, strategy execution, and leadership

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight on the delivery of Human Resources, Strategy and Process Optimisation functions mandate
  • Responsible to drive strategic change and lead the smooth transitions during transformations
  • Strategic oversight on people management, ensuring the development of talent and leadership
  • Strategically and effectively steer the organization’s strategy formulation and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational efficiency
  • People Management. Instil a performance-driven culture with clear accountability and empowerment at all levels
  • ICT & Innovation. Harness digital analytics tools to support workforce planning, performance management, and culture tracking
  • ESG, Corporate Governance & Risk Oversight
