Job Description
Botswana Examinations Council (BEC) invites applications from suitably qualified and results-oriented professionals to fill the following positions:
Main Purpose of the Job
Respond to calls, emails, SMS and other communications from external stakeholders requiring information or clarification on BEC services.
Key Performance Areas
- Answer inbound calls courteously.
- Respond to inquiries via email, SMS and electronic platforms.
- Provide first-level responses using scripted FAQs where applicable.
- Log and maintain records of all inquiries.
- Escalate complex queries to relevant officers.
- Conduct telephone surveys as instructed.
- Provide administrative and clerical assistance as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate in Administration, Business, Education or related field.
- Diploma is an added advantage.
- If Certificate: Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- If Diploma: No prior work experience required.
