Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished and result-driven Assistant Manager – Boiler-ESP to join our project team at Jindal Energy Botswana (Pty) Ltd. The successful candidates will be responsible for implementation and supervising Mechanical systems in line with the project requirements and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, control and implement mechanical systems & Applications.
- Manage and execute Engineering projects to ensure time delivery.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure all mechanical systems meet quality and safety standards, and meet technical specifications.
- Conduct performance evaluation and program analysis on new systems associated with mechanical equipment.
- Prepare and summarize test data and technical papers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years’ experience as an Mechanical Engineer in Power plants or similar roles.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
