Job Description
To provide an efficient and effective point of contact for new and existing personal and market customers. Additionally, to provide a sales and advisory service function to the business market, increasing market penetration through the management of a portfolio.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce or equivalent
Experience Required
Client Coverage
Personal and Private Banking
3-4 years
Previous experience within a branch banking or contact centre environment with good understanding of bank processes, policies and products.
