Job Description
Executive leadership role responsible for orchestrating audit service delivery and strategic practice development across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle audit assignments at an executive level across multiple sectors (Telecommunications, Financial Services, Mining, etc.).
- Manage and coordinate large teams of professionals.
- Orchestrate service delivery from various business units to clients.
- Strategic planning and conceptual thinking for client and practice management.
- Drive business development and commercial focus.
- Effective delegation and project management.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant with a practicing certificate (preferably FCPA (Bots) or CA (SA) or equivalent).
- At least 20 years’ experience, preferably with a “Big Four” audit firm.
- Formally served articles with a “Big Four” firm.
- Undergone an executive development program.
- IFRS, ISA and IFAC knowledge and understanding.
- Knowledge of the Ernst & Young audit methodology is an advantage.
