Job Description
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
- Oversee company asset registry
- Ensure an up-to-date supplier data base.
- Ensure that all office facilities and building’s services meet the needs of the workers it houses.
- Inspecting and managing relationship with landlord regarding any building maintenance and outsourcing services. (Includes repairing of any electrical, plumbing services and managing janitorial duties.)
- Company fleet management – planning, directing, managing, coordinating and supervising the programs for acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, repair, replacement and disposal of fleet vehicles
- Ensure timely registration and maintenance of all cars
- Organize and replenish company supplies and utilities
- Manage the efficient use and management of company supplies and utilities
- Provide remittance and analysis of admin vendors and supplier services
- Data management – Records and archiving management
- Facilitate processes and controls that ensure value is received for the money organization spends on suppliers
- Undertake customer service surveys, audits and on-site inspections to ensure work is being executed in accordance with agreed standards and the supplier agreements
- Assist with the management of external service providers for day-to-day delivery of facilities management services
- Make recommendations for the improvement of operational procedures and processes for the support service team
KNOW-HOW AND SKILLS
Education:
- Advanced diploma in logistics and supply chain management or Business-related fields.
- Relevant Post-Graduate experience will be an added advantage e.g supplies management, fleet management
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficient in MS 365
