Job Purpose
To assist the property manager with managing the network portfolio in the country in order to maximize its profitability & returns.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Assist in the analysis of data of existing network in order to propose optimization actions.
- Assist with conducting initial project feasibility analysis for all projects in the detailed masterplan
- Run Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) evaluation for business case proposals, Mandate to Negotiate (MDN) and Investment Proposals (IPFs).
- Incorporate project management approach to the development of the detail Network Master Plan.
- Run DCF evaluation for business case proposals, MNDs and IPs.
- Provide necessary data for volume forecasting.
- Research on demographics, infrastructural changes and development of focused area.
- Provide necessary support to the standardization of real estate acquisitions and disposals.
Requirements
- University graduate from a recognized Institution.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Retail Network Planning, Development & Property Management.
- Broader retail experiences are a definite asset (Marketing, Network, and Strategy).
- Strong business sense and financial acumen is important.
- Previous experience in doing Investment assessment/appraisals is key.
- Strategic thinker with strong ability in analyzing and planning.
- Good project management skills
