Vacancies: Starting 2027 | Cambridge IGCSE
Hibiscus International Secondary School
1. Teacher: Travel & Tourism
Purpose: Introduce students to destinations, hospitality, the travel industry and related careers.
Responsibilities: Teach Cambridge IGCSE Travel & Tourism; bring the subject to life through case studies, industry visits and guest speakers; prepare students for Cambridge examinations and coursework.
Requirements: Degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel or related field; teaching or industry experience; strong communication and passion for practical learning; Cambridge experience preferred.
2. Teacher: Art & Design
Purpose: Lead a studio-based course in drawing, design, visual communication and personal portfolio development.
Responsibilities: Teach Cambridge IGCSE Art & Design: guide coursework, sketchbooks and final portfolio submissions; run exhibitions and creative projects connecting school and community.
Requirements: Degree/diploma in Fine Art, Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field; teaching experience, Cambridge experience preferred; strong personal portfolio.
3. Teacher: Enterprise
Purpose: Teach students how to plan, market and run a business, turning ideas into opportunities.
Responsibilities: Teach Cambridge IGCSE Enterprise; run practical projects such as student mini-businesses and market days; link students with local entrepreneurs and business mentors.
Requirements: Degree/diploma in Business, Entrepreneurship, Commerce or related field; teaching experience or real business experience; hands-on teaching style; Cambridge experience preferred.
4. Teacher: Agriculture
Purpose: Teach food production, crop production, farming practices and sustainable use of resources.
Responsibilities: Teach Cambridge IGCSE Agriculture; run practical work in the school garden and farm visits; prepare students for Cambridge examinations and practical assessment.
Requirements: Degree/diploma in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Crop or Animal Science or related field; teaching or farming/extension experience; commitment to sustainable practice; Cambridge experience preferred.
