Primary School: Early Childhood Development (ECD) Teacher (Citizen Only), Junior Primary Teacher
Mackenzie House: Boarding House Matron
Requirements
- Hold a relevant, recognised teaching qualification appropriate to the position applied for: Biology Teacher – Bachelor of Education, Art and Design Teacher – Diploma in Education, Geography Teacher – Bachelor of Education, History Teacher – Bachelor of Education, Pre-Primary Teacher – Early Childhood Development (ECD) Diploma, Junior Primary Teacher – ECD Diploma
- Meet the applicable Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA) qualification recognition requirements.
- Hold a valid teaching permission to teach and the required professional registration and teaching licence, including BOTEPCO registration/licensing where applicable under current requirements.
- Demonstrate sound subject knowledge, effective classroom practice and the ability to deliver an engaging, learner centred curriculum.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, initiative and a commitment to the holistic development of learners.
- Be willing to contribute actively to the wider life of the school.
- Experience in an ISAB School is an added advantage.
