Key Responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day operations of the factory.
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills with ability to solve issues at different levels.
Ability to work under pressure independently.
Build and promote strong long-lasting relationships on international level.

Requirements
Fluent in English. Additional languages- advantage.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role at Diamond Cutting & Polishing Factory.
Knowledge in sorting of industrial diamonds.
Computer literate i.e. Microsoft Office, Excel, Email communication.
Excellent organization, planning and communication skills.
