BH Botswana invites applications from experienced sales professionals to represent JCB and LiuGong equipment throughout Botswana. This is a senior position requiring a capable, independent professional who can manage the full sales process.

About the Company

The Botswana women’s national football team is the women’s national football team of Botswana and is controlled by the Botswana Football Association. They qualified for their maiden Women’s Africa Cup of Nations tournament 2022 in Morocco where they made it to the quarterfinals.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell JCB and LiuGong construction, earthmoving and mining equipment
• Develop new business and maintain existing customer relationships
• Recommend suitable equipment based on customer applications
• Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate and close sales
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and submit regular reports

Requirements

• Proven experience selling construction, mining or other technical capital equipment
• Strong technical aptitude and a record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly
