Requirements

– At least 1 year of sales experience within the life insurance industry or a related field.
– Certificate of Proficiency (Long-Term Insurance) is a requirement.
– A Diploma in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
– Ownership of a digital device and access to a vehicle will be advantageous.
– Clear credit and criminal records.
– Strong technological aptitude.
– Understanding of the life insurance business environment.
– Customer-focused and target-driven mindset.
– Sound decision-making ability and strong business acumen.
– Proactive, analytical, and self-motivated approach.
– Excellent planning, organisation, and time-management skills.
