Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and achieve budgeted margins.
• Control production costs, waste and pilferage.
• Monitor service quality and cleanliness.
• Review and analyse monthly results, identify problem areas and take appropriate action.
• Skilled in human resources development.
• Lead the overall catering operation independently in multiple creation overall the country, including staffing and related matters.
• Provide effective leadership across front and back of house operations.

Requirements

• An MBA, degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• At least 10 years’ experience in management role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and point of sale systems.
