Job Description
We are seeking three (3) enthusiastic and skilled Commis Cooks to support our culinary team in delivering high-quality meals within a busy mining environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to approved recipes and standards.
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Follow HACCP, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
- Practice proper stock rotation (FIFO) and minimize food waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Assist during buffet and service operations.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Professional Cookery.
- Minimum of 1 year of cooking experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.
- Experience in large-scale catering or mining operations is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
