Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement short-term and long-term plans and budgets for cement production and operation at different locations.
• Supervise all activities at the construction/production site to ensure they are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, and ensure that safety standards are maintained.
• Provide technical advice and guidance, and support the formulation and implementation of reasonable cement production standards.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, communities and employees.

Requirements

• Cement Production Certification
• At least 15 years experience in the cement industry, having participated in the construction of at least 3 cement plants and possessing rich senior management experience.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of cement production and operation, planning and safety procedures.
• Good financial acumen, including experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with rich experience in leading and cultivating high-performing teams.
• Have strong abilities in analyzing and solving problems.
