Key Responsibilities

• Develop new concepts and ideas for existing and forecast ranges (colour and trend forecasting for open and exclusive markets).
• Ensure designs and concepts can be smoothly implemented in production.
• Create branding and print media designs in collaboration with the Marketing Department.
• Coordinate distribution and submission of samples to agents and customers for approval.
• Digitise designs for weaving and embroidery (sampling and bulk production).
• Conduct market research and range development with exclusive chain stores.
• Monitor market trends and analyse products and ranges.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fashion/Textile Design or equivalent.
• Familiarity with trends and colours.
• Good knowledge of fibres, colour trends, Dobby and Jacquard design.
• Good knowledge of Photoshop, Corel draw or equivalent design software.
• Knowledge of embroidery designing software.
