Job Summary

Transit Media (Pty) Ltd is a Maun-based outdoor advertising company specialising in innovative and high-impact advertising solutions for businesses seeking strong visibility within Maun and surrounding markets. We provide a diverse range of advertising platforms, including a strategically located digital billboard, static billboards, and an extensive network of over 300 streetpole advertising boards across key commercial and high-traffic areas of Maun.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility, advertising space occupancy and sales.
• Identify, approach and develop relationships with local, national and international brands.
• Market and sell advertising space across digital billboard, static billboards and streetpole advertising networks.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes and customised advertising packages.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective advertisers and manage client relationships.
• Achieve agreed sales, occupancy and revenue targets.
• Prepare marketing and sales performance reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales or business development (advantageous).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, proactive and results-oriented.
• Good computer literacy.
• Knowledge of the Maun business environment is an advantage.
