Executive Suites and Spa is a 3-star boutique hotel in Letlhakane. Our trademark is cleanliness, good food and exceptional guest experience. An exciting opportunity awaits! We’re seeking an experienced Chef, a creative all-rounder passionate about crafting outstanding local and international menus. This role requires a self- managing culinary expert who stays current with trends, values guest feedback, and efficiently runs a profitable kitchen. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem- solver, a charismatic team player, and a positive individual dedicated to our company’s success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages the restaurant for profit through revenue maximization and inventory management
• Ensures that food meets quality standards, is keeping with guest expectations and culinary trends.
• Ensures that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety are always maintained throughout the kitchen areas
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
• Must be a team player and willing to learn
• Must be willing to work long extended hours to respond to our client needs

Requirements

• Diploma in Culinary Arts or related qualification.
• 5 Years experience as a Chef in an established hospitality setting
• Competent in computer skills
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Setswana
