Key Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into clear business plans, targets and measurable results.
• Demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen and a track record of improving business performance.
• Identify opportunities to grow, optimise and transform the business.
• Lead organisational culture transformation, building accountability, high performance and employee engagement.
• Drive operational excellence, cost optimisation and service reliability.
• Use data, business intelligence and performance insights to make sound decisions.
• Lead senior teams effectively and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Champion HSSEQ, governance, compliance and risk management across the organisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field.
• At least 10 years’ senior management experience in logistics, transport, supply chain, operations or a related industry.
• Demonstrable experience in business growth, performance improvement and organisational transformation.
• Strong commercial, financial and strategic management capability.
• Proven leadership experience in driving culture change and high-performing teams.
• A postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
