Flavour Centre is seeking an IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, information technology, or software engineering, with hands-on experience in operating systems, networking, hardware/software installation, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
– Operating Systems: Knowledge of Retailman Software and other POS softwares. Knowledge of Windows, and Networking: Understanding of LAN/WAN setups, routers, switches, and basic security protocols.
– Hardware & Software: Ability to install, repair, and upgrade computer parts, peripherals, and software applications.
– Troubleshooting: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and fix technical problems quickly

Requirements
Education and Training: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in computer science, information technology, or software engineering.
