The Gambling Authority of Botswana is recruiting an ICT Systems & Infrastructure Officer in Gaborone. The role provides reliable, secure and efficient administration, maintenance and technical support for ICT infrastructure, enterprise systems, cloud services, networks, cybersecurity controls and end-user computing.

Key Responsibilities:
– Administering servers and core infrastructure
– Configuring networks and VPN services
– Monitoring availability and security
– Managing firewalls and endpoint protection
– Supporting backups and disaster recovery
– Resolving ICT service requests

Requirements:
– A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity or a related discipline
– Professional certification and 3-5 years’ relevant ICT infrastructure or systems administration experience are advantageous
