Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the achievement of key financial objectives with regard to sales, profitability, expense control, loss control and stock levels.
- Train staff and monitor staff development through performance systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 to 8 years’ experience in the field of supplier chain / retail stores.
- Retail management certificate.
- The candidate must be transferable.
- Proven record at Management in Retail Stores Level.
- Experience in computerized systems, operational efficiency of stores, Personnel Management, Labour Relations and Systems Administration.
