Key Responsibilities
- Analyse sales, customer, portfolio, and digital channel performance to identify trends and growth opportunities;
- Provide commercial insights to improve customer acquisition, retention, profitability, and sales effectiveness;
- Monitor campaign performance and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making;
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance insights for management;
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance commercial performance and the digital customer journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services or a similar commercial environment; Experience in business analytics, sales analytics, customer or portfolio analysis, and reporting; Proficiency in dashboards and data analysis tools.
- Business and data analytics; Power BI, Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualisation; Strategic thinking and commercial acumen; Customer insights and sales performance analysis; Stakeholder management and collaboration; Problem-solving, communication, integrity, and attention to detail.
