Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Accounting & Taxation division
- Review and prepare IFRS-compliant financial statements and management accounts
- Ensure client compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements
- Supervise, mentor, and develop professional staff
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide technical guidance and advisory support to clients and internal teams
Requirements
- Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, or CPA)
- Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in a professional audit/accounting firm
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proficiency in internationally recognized accounting software
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
