Buildersmart is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. We are seeking a professional and responsible store manager to join our team. As an assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates efficiently and follows all company guidelines and procedures. You will assist the Branch Manager with managing employees and foster a positive work environment.

- Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures
- Assist with managing employees

- Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best assist customers
- Participate in inventory and pricing
- Help store staff with daily tasks as needed
Requirements
- BGCSE Certificate
- Experience in Hardware will be an added advantage
- Outstanding customer service skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to supervise other employees
- Have knowledge of the products in the store
- Good organization skills
