Job Description

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer

Main Purpose of the Job

This senior leadership role is suited to a strategic and people-focused professional who understands the critical role of human capital and administration in enabling organisational performance and service delivery.

The successful candidate will lead Human Capital Services, OE & Talent Management, Remuneration & Benefits, and the Agency’s administrative functions. The role requires a balanced approach that aligns people, systems and governance with CEDA’s strategic objectives and operational needs.

Position Requirements

Education: Degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioural Sciences or related area.

Experience: At least 8 years relevant post-qualification experience and on-the-job training in Botswana’s employment practices and procedures, knowledge of Talent Management and Human Resources Development, with at least 3 years experience at senior management level.
