Key Responsibilities
- Providing pre-operative nursing care for patients within the operating room
- Performing operating department work with agreed SOPS and theatre policies
- Participating in supervision of junior staff and assisting in Bacteriological investigation in theatre
- Assisting in compilation of theatre procedure manuals and nursing reports
Requirements
- Qualifications: Diploma in General Nursing plus Post Basic Diploma in Theatre Nursing
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a theatre nurse
Salary
C1 (P192, 588 – P229, 104 per annum) plus allowances
