Job Description

Oversee trust administration, manage joint venture agreements with tourism partners and lead community development projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee trust administration and manage joint venture agreements with tourism partners
  • Lead community development projects
  • Manage relationship with the board of trustees
  • Human Resources management
  • Implementation of the development plan of the organization
  • Maintenance of relations with all stakeholders of the trust
  • Resource mobilization for the trust, including diversification of the trust’s streams

Requirements

  • A degree in Business management, tourism or related field
  • At least 5 – 10 years of senior management experience
  • Class B drivers license
  • A matured Motswana male/female aged between 18 and 50 years
  • Physically and mentally fit
  • Ability to work long flexible hours
  • Good interpersonal skills
