VACANCY
Bango Trading (Pty) Ltd is engaged in the construction and general maintenance of bitumen paved roads including new construction & surfacing works with its Head Office in Phakalane Industrial.

The company invites suitable candidates for the following positions:

• General Manager (1No. post)

Summary of duties:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and provide leadership to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Manage and mentor department heads, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, and team members.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent. An additional Degree in Business Management will be an added advantage.
• The applicant shall be a “registered Engineer” with ERB or relevant authority in his/her country with valid practicing certificate.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:
• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in senior managerial positions.
• Candidate must have sound knowledge and experiencein Asphalt Plantsand Project Management.
