General Manager

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Graduate with Business, Insurance or Actuarial degree
Masters degree will be an added advantage.

Experience & Requirements
Must have a minimum of 15 years working experience in reputable general Insurance industry of which 10 years should be in a managerial position.
Active membership with a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
Strong background in marketing and general insurance business
Business acumen, Strategic thinker with ability to make sound decisions for the business.
Leader with a positive and dynamic personality, able to adapt to different cultures
International experience will be an added advantage.
The successful candidate will be in charge of Botswana operations and will be stationed in Gaborone the Capital City of Botswana.
