Barloworld Equipment is a wholly owned subsidiary of Barloworld Equipment Southern Africa, we are the sole dealership of Caterpillar earthmoving equipment in Southern Africa. Barloworld Equipment Botswana invites suitable candidates for the positions of Marketing Manager, Service Coordinator and Parts Back Order Clerk tenable in Gaborone.
- PARTS BACK ORDER CLERK
Outputs
- To effectively and efficiently manage backorder process and provide accurate feedback within the required timeframes
- Collection and processing of business information and documents as required
- Analysis, resolution and reporting of all backorder related problems
- Effective communication with suppliers on related backorder expediting and queries
- Timely distribution of backorder analysis to internal users
- Accurate and consistent backorder report management and feedback.
Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain & Logistics/Business or related field
- Previous logistics, supply chain or courier services experience critical
- High level of attention to detail
- Good communication and administrative skills
- Sound computer knowledge (MS Office)
