Job Description

As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee daily operations in our warehouse, ensuring optimal inventory management, staff coordination, and safety compliance. Your leadership will drive efficiency and productivity while maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Implement inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs and improve processes.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports.

Qualifications:

• Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
