REPORTS TO: OSS & VAS Manager
OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
- To provide efficient and accurate support services to Billing and VAS System Users.
- To plan and implement operations, maintenance and support of Billing and VAS System.
QUALIFICATION.
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Science or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
- 5 years’ experience working in a billing environment.
- Experience in Project Management methodologies and tools.
- Experience working in an ITIL compliant environment and or formal ITIL certification.
LEGAL CERTIFICATION / PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP
- ITIL
- PRINCE2
- Membership of a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
