We invite qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions that are vacant in our organization

TRANSFORMER WINDER/ ASSEMBLER

Requirements:

• Applicants must have at least minimum of 12 years HANDS ON experience in Winding and or Assembling Distribution Transformers. Applicants must have knowledge in Dismantling and Re- assembling of transformers from 1 KVA up to 5000KVA, transformer core building. He/ She will be responsible for HANDS ON training and assessment of Apprentices. Applicants must have extensive knowledge and experience in workshop transformer de- tanking, tanking and testing, servicing and repair of Oil Circuit Breakers (OCBs) and oil switches and maintenance and repair of switch gear, substations and mini substations. He/ She must be able to collect technical data of transformers. Applicants must have knowledge in carrying out site preventative maintenance on installed transformers to stop leaks, top up oil and replace components. Winding of transformers up to 5000KVA will be an added advantage.
