Transactional Banking Manager – Gaborone (Permanent)

Main Purpose
To drive revenue growth through trade sales, collections, and payment solutions while managing customer relationships and minimizing risk.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute transactional banking sales strategies.
♦ Lead client engagements and solutioning for trade and collections products.
♦ Monitor sales performance and compliance with bank policies.
♦ Train and support Relationship Managers on transactional banking solutions.

Key Requirements:
♦ Degree in any field (Finance/Business preferred).
♦ 8+ years’ experience, including 2+ years in transactional banking.
♦ Supervisory experience is an advantage.
