Trade Finance Specialist – Gaborone (Permanent)
Member of the Deposit Insurance Scheme of Botswana.

Main Purpose
To grow trade finance revenue by structuring solutions, managing international/domestic transactions, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
♦ Lead complex trade finance deals and client negotiations.
♦ Develop innovative trade products and manage correspondent banking relationships.
♦ Mitigate risks and provide internal training on trade processes.
Key Requirements:
♦ Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (Trade certification preferred).
♦ 5+ years’ trade finance experience in banking/financial institutions.
