Job Description
The Regent Group is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to fill the following vacancy.
- TOUR GUIDE
We seek a personable, professional tour guide to offer our guests an exceptional experience while visiting our facility.
Requirements:
- must possess a driver’s licence
- must have a tour guide certificate
- 2 years previous work experience as a tour guide with traceable references
- should be able to engage with clients in informative and interactive conversations.
- should be able to memorize and recite facts clearly and accurately with knowledge of animal species
- should be fluent in English and have knowledge of any other exotic language will be an added advantage
- should portray high emotional intelligence when dealing with guests.
- should have basic computer skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills
- knowledgeable in safety and security protocols
