Job Description
Job Purpose
To design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot textile industrial automation systems, and provide technical leadership and support across production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated industrial processes, systems, and components.
- Design, troubleshoot, configure, maintain, and upgrade automation system equipment.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair automation equipment and control systems.
- Implement new technologies and software to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and upgrade automation systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system performance analysis.
- Monitor system operations and respond to alarms and system errors.
- Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure system reliability and safety compliance.

- PLCs and motion control systems
- Wet processing automation (fabric dyeing, yarn dyeing, tumble drying, yarn/fabric dryers)
- Weaving and knitting automation
- Preparation area automation

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Textile Automation, or related field
- Strong knowledge of textile industrial automation systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
