BotswanaPost invites suitably qualified, innovative, results-oriented, and self-driven individuals to apply for the position of TEAM LEADER IT SUPPORT- SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR – BPS 33/2/1 VOL.1 (61). This position of Team Leader IT Support-Systems Administrator directly reports to the IT Platforms & Systems Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Directly reports to the IT Platforms & Systems Manager. Supervise IT support staff, manage incident escalation, and ensure SLA compliance while maintaining servers, Active Directory, and network infrastructure. Daily tasks include system monitoring, patch management, backup verification, and coordinating with vendors. Mentor junior technicians and report on team performance to management.

Requirements

Suitably qualified, innovative, results-oriented, and self-driven individuals with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus relevant IT certifications.
