About the Job :

The Tax Representative is a key role within our tax department, providing tax compliance and advisory support to a wide portfolio of clients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment across various locations in Botswana. It suits a motivated individual with solid tax experience, keen attention to detail, and a strong desire to support clients with practical, compliant tax solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation is mandatory.
  • Professional qualifications such as AAT, ACCA, or ACA are an added advantage.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a tax-focused role within an accounting or professional services firm.
  • Proficiency in BURS eServices and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of Botswana tax legislation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client portfolios effectively.
