Wiona & Co is looking for an energetic Individual with a CAN DO altitude to join our team.

DUTIES

  • Welcome and greet clients
  • Manage point of sale processes
  • Keep up to date with product information to provide advice and recommendations as needed
  • Addressing and resolving customer’s complaints in a professional manner
  • Follow all company policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manners
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Must be hard working. reliable and honest
  • Must have a positive friendly and engaging personality
  • Basic administration skills
