Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Shop Attendant with a passion for technology and social media to join our Cyberstore team. This exciting role combines traditional retail sales with creative content creation, offering a chance to make a real impact in our online and in-store presence.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence:
    • Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm.
    • Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
    • Provide accurate recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
    • Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
    • Handle customer complaints and returns with professionalism and patience.
  • Store Maintenance:
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
    • Ensure products are well-stocked, labeled, and priced correctly.
    • Replenish shelves and displays as needed.
    • Assist with inventory management tasks.
  • Social Media Content Creation:
    • Generate creative and engaging live streaming content and videos showcasing our products, promotions, and store atmosphere.
    • Regularly post content on relevant social media platforms.
    • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and adapt content accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Required
    • Must be a Motswana citizen.
    • Aged between 21 and 40 years old.
    • Completed O Levels (Form 5 or above).
    • Tech-savvy with excellent knowledge of ICT products, gadgets, and trends.
    • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
    • Comfortable being on camera and creating videos.
    • Proficient in social media marketing.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred
    • Experience in retail sales.
    • Any background knowledge in ICT, computers, or similar fields.
