Site Engineer – Bango Trading

Job Description

MAIN DUTY: To oversee and manage the construction activities to ensure the project is completed competently
and successfully on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
t
Technical Expertise: Provide technical advice and guidance to construction crews and subcontractors.
t
Collaborate with other Engineers on site and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
t
Oversee the planning and execution of road construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and
within budget.
t
Ensure that construction work conforms to the design specifications, required standards of quality and safety.
t
Manage materials, equipment, and labour to ensure efficient use of resources.
t
Keep detailed records of project progress, issues, and resolutions.
t
Execute any other morally reasonable assignments to meet the exigencies of service.

Qualifications:

Degree in Civil Engineering/Highway Engineering or any related field
t
Fully registered with ERB and in possession of a Professional Practicing certificate.
t
Valid Class B driver’s license
t
Preferably citizens of Botswana.
Experience: Minimum of Ten (10) years as a Site Engineer, seven (7) of which must be in the Roads Construction
works.
