Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Shop Attendant with a passion for technology to join our Cyberstore team. This role offers the chance to interact with customers, showcase your tech expertise, and contribute to a positive store environment.

Core Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:
Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm.
Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
Provide accurate recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
Handle customer complaints and returns with professionalism and patience.

Store Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Ensure products are well-stocked, labeled, and priced correctly.
Replenish shelves and displays as needed.
Assist with inventory management tasks.

Qualifications:

Required
Must be a Motswana citizen.
Aged between 21 and 40 years old.
Completed O Levels (Form 5 or higher).
Tech-savvy with excellent knowledge of ICT products, gadgets, and trends.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred
Experience in retail sales.
Any background in ICT, or similar fields.
