Mascom is looking for a Service Assurance Analyst to provide support for the Billing System through the testing and validation of services, ensuring billing accuracy, service quality and compliance with operational requirements, while assisting in the identification, investigation and resolution of service-related issues to support a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in BSc/BEng in Communications Engineering, Electrical/Electronic or Telecommunication and/or Computer Engineering / Computer Science

The candidate should demonstrate key technical competencies such as query & request resolution, reporting, insights & analysis, incident management and system configuration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in BSc/BEng in Communications Engineering, Electrical/Electronic or Telecommunication and/or Computer Engineering / Computer Science
- Relevant professional certifications would be an added advantage
- No experience is required.
