Senior Services Manager
ASC Services was established in 2001, and is a leading IT company based in Gaborone Botswana.
This critical role to our organisation is responsible for service delivery to internally and external customers as well as suppliers, vendors and technology partners. A professional who can take our operation to the next level of service deliver and customer engagement. An individual who can support the sales team with technical presales support and maintain a high level customer satisfaction.
The role requires excellent management skills to deal with, leading teams, partners, vendors, suppliers and various business verticals as well as offering solid technical experience in all aspects of ICT The individual must have the ability to mentor and coach staff to improve overall company service delivery operation and grow customer base. The individual will report to the CEO.
Areas individual will be responsible for:
• Service Delivery – Service Desk Operations
• Contract management
• Network infrastructure
• Technical presales
• Reporting – customer and internal
• New technologies
• Obtaining new customers
• Resource Management
• Customer services and satisfaction
• Customer meetings
• Perform other job-related duties, as needed
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of the following + a minimum of 10 years experience in the following:
Service Management and delivery Network Design and implementation Sales (Cisco, HPE. Aruba, other) Security certification (Firewall)
ITIL.MCSE
WiFi certifications
Excellent communication and leadership skills Infrastructure – Cabling & Fibre Networks
Sales – Sales and Presales
Candidate must have lead a team of more than 20 people
