Job Description
The primary duties for this position would include to ensure high touch service for travellers through handling Tour Operator requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Availability check
- Emailing the suppliers
- Creating a file and saving correspondence in the relevant folder
- Checking the cost rate in the system against the confirmation received
- Book all transfers and tours as per the itinerary that is confirmed
- Ensure that all services with each supplier are reconfirmed.
- Ensure all payments to suppliers have been made.
Requirements
- Matric
- Minimum experience of atleast 3-5 years as a Reservation Administrator
- Proven travel sales ability, with a strong focus on customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with people in a professional and courteous manner, conversing telephonically is an absolute requirement.
- Above average computer literacy, have experience working in TourPlan
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
- Easy going whilst being competitive

- Ability to take and follow instruction
- Participate in sharing of ideas to improve upon offerings would be valuable.
Salary
