Botswana Oil Limited (BOL) was established to achieve the Government’s economic objectives of ensuring the security of fuel supply, managing government strategic fuel reserves, and facilitating active citizen involvement in the petroleum industry. We are looking for an outstanding and driven individual to take up this exciting and challenging role:
SENIOR MANAGER, PROCUREMENT
The role is responsible for ensuring the cost-efficient use of resources and best practice procurement in accordance with BOL policies and the Public Procurement Act and regulations. The role will ensure that procurement strategies are applied consistently to find ways to optimise organisational expenses efficiently. Furthermore, the role will oversee the negotiations with suppliers, managing supplier and vendor contracts and agreements.

Position Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Economics, Business Administration or any related field.
Professional/Technical: CIPS full membership
Experience: Minimum ten (10) years relevant experience in a similar corporate entity, having been responsible for Procurement & Contract Management, three (3) of which should have been gained in a manager-level position of a large company.
