Key Responsibilities
– Contribute to the development of and implementation of university, faculty and school level strategies, policies, plans, and procedures;
– Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Accounting and related areas;
– Supervise both undergraduate and graduate student research projects;
– Conduct research in the specialize areas of Accounting and also complement existing research activities;
– Participate in other academic and professional activities of the department;

Requirements
– a PhD/Doctoral degree in Accounting or related field;
– a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
– at least three (3) years of teaching experience at a university or comparable institution;
– An excellent cumulative and sustained record of research and publications with at least 6 pieces of research outputs and sustained recognised publishers, 4 of which should be articles in refereed or accredited journals internationally recognized indexing databases.
